Ingredients
- 95 g tuna in spring water drained
- ½ cup corn kernels
- 1 stalk celery finely chopped
- ½ avocado chopped
- fresh rocket leaves
- 4 slices Bürgen® Soy-Lin® Bread
Method
- Combine all ingredients gently and spread over two slices of bread. Top with rocket leaves and another slice of bread.
