Shiraz Poached Pears and Parmesan salad

Ingredients
- 240 g mixed salad leaves
- 2 poached pears sliced
- 100 g parmesan cheese shaved, or 100g feta, crumbled or cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp poached pear syrup from pears
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
Method
- Place green leaves on a platter. Top with sliced poached pears the scatter parmesan cheese over the top. For the dressing, whisk olive oil, syrup and vinegar in a bowl. Drizzle dressing over the salad.
- For a complete meal add some extra protein such as salmon or trout or white meat e.g., chicken, turkey or pork.
