Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Quick Oats
  • 3 tsp (20g) MILO®
  • 1 1/4 cup low fat milk

Method

  • Combine Quick Oats ,milk and MILO® in a small saucepan over high heat, bring to the boil stirring constantly, simmer 1 minute.
  • Spoon into serving bowl. Top with toasted nuts and fresh fruit.
