Ingredients
- 4 prunes fresh, pitted
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 pear cored and quartered
- 8 walnuts toasted
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ cup reduced fat greek yoghurt
Method
- Place all ingredients in high-speed blender and “pulse” several times until well combined.
- Spoon into two bowls and serve.
