Ingredients
- 400 g chickpeas 1 x can, rinsed and drained
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 clove garlic crushed
- 1 lemon juiced
- sea salt and ground black pepper
Method
- Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a little water or lemon juice until a thinner consistency is formed. Makes 1 cup
