Ingredients
- 4 slices Helgas Lower Carb 5 Seed Bread
- 40 g butter softened
- 100 g goats cheese soft
- ½ cup beetroot chutney (160g)
- 100 g sliced lean leg ham sliced
- 60 g fresh rocket leaves
Method
- Lay a sheet of baking paper on a chopping board; top with bread slices. Spread slices with butter. Turn 4 slices so buttered side faces down; spread with cheese. Top with chutney, ham and rocket. Sandwich with remaining bread slices, buttered-side up.
- Preheat a sandwich press. Toast sandwiches, in batches, in hot sandwich press for 2 minutes or until golden and crisp.
