Ingredients
- 2 slices Bürgen® Whole Grain & Oats bread
- ½ pear medium (50g) unpeeled, sliced thinly
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- ground black pepper
- 40 g Jarlsberg Lite cheese (2 slices)
- 40 g DON® Traditional Ham Off The Bone or other low salt ham (2 slices)
- ½ cup fresh rocket leaves
Method
- Put the finely sliced pear into a bowl with the lemon juice and season with freshly ground black pepper.
- Put the cheese on to one slice of bread and add one slice of ham, pear slices and rocket. Top with remaining slices of ham, cheese and bread.
