- 1 frozen banana chopped
- 1 cup reduced fat milk or milk alternative
- 2 tbsp low fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp oat bran
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- ground cinnamon

- Using a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth.
