- 1 basil pistou
- 4 salmon fillet 460g or 115g each
- extra virgin olive oil
- sea salt and ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 220C.
Rub olive oil over salmon steaks. Place the fish on a baking paper-lined baking tray and season with salt and pepper.
Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes or until cooked to your liking. Rest for 2-3 minutes, then drizzle with pistou.
